  • We are not liable for delays caused by third‑party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns are not accepted unless the bouquet arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • If your bouquet is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

  • Personalised items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

  • Once flowers have been prepared or dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
